The studio behind Little Bao House
Little stories.
A lot of care.
We are Bao Studio, an independent creative studio building original family stories with AI-assisted filmmaking.
Our first world is Little Bao House: seven wool kittens, a moss-roof house, and the everyday things that bring a family together.
Step into Little Bao House
Better stories, one careful step at a time.
A beautiful picture is only the beginning. The action has to make sense, the characters have to stay themselves, and each scene has to belong to the same world.
Story & boards
Decide what happens and why. Keep a clear scene reference.
Shot plan
Lock the characters, room, props and action before production.
Production
Make the pictures, motion and sound for the story.
Review
Check the real shots and watch the film as a whole.
Repair
Fix confirmed problems, then check the nearby scenes again.
Finished film
Watch and listen to the assembled film before release.
Where Claude helps.
We use Claude in our filmmaking workflow to plan work, build production tools and check proposed problems against the scene specifications. It helps us turn a big creative job into small, reviewable steps.
Our workflow also uses image and motion tools, together with independent reviews. We check each proposed fault on the actual footage. A reviewer’s confidence is a reason to look closer, never a reason to skip looking.
The creative decisions stay with the filmmaker. We want a small studio to give its stories more care, from the first board to the final watch.
OpenFilmQA
Our open-source starting point for evidence-first film reviews. Built from real Little Bao House production lessons, and useful with the reviewer you choose.
From a good frame to a good film.
OpenFilmQA follows the whole review: approved references, director intent, stills, moving action, cut continuity, sound, repair and the final film. Every proposed fault needs evidence and a reason it matters to the viewer.
Reviewers can be wrong. We keep false alarms visible, check whether repairs introduce new problems, and measure reviews against independently labelled cases.
Install it as a skill for Claude or Codex, or connect your own reviewer through an open CLI adapter. It prepares real evidence packets, records review coverage and compares repaired versions.
The current CLI adapters inspect images. Watching continuous motion and hearing sound require tools that actually support them; missing evidence stays unreviewed.

A small studio.
A world to grow.
I’m Bao Ngoc Pham, the creator behind Little Bao House and Bao Studio. I build stories, apps and the tools that help a small independent studio keep making.
Little Bao House is still growing. We are developing its films and storybook, with seven characters whose different jobs help them care for one another.
We want AI to help us make better stories for children and families. The technology matters because it gives a small studio more room to try, notice, repair and improve.
