Little Bao
House
An independent creative studio / By Bao Ngoc Pham

Little worlds.
Made with care.

We make original family stories, and build the tools that help a small studio make them better.

Our first world: Little Bao House
Stories first. Tools with a purpose.

A good film is more
than a beautiful frame.

Does the action make sense? Does a character stay themselves? Does the last scene leave you feeling something?

These questions shape how we make Little Bao House. Claude helps us plan stories, build production tools and examine proposed faults. The filmmaker checks the actual footage and makes the creative decisions.

Open source / v0.2 / Film QA skill

OpenFilmQA

A practical review skill for Claude and Codex. Follow the story from approved references to the final watch, with evidence, independent judgment and room to say “not reviewed yet.”

01

Look at the real film.

Exact source versions, actual frames and clear director intent. Every finding points to evidence.

02

Question the reviewer.

Keep false alarms and disagreements visible. A confident answer still needs a careful check.

03

Protect the story.

Compare repairs with the original and nearby shots. Check that fixing one thing did not harm another.

Add the skill to your project

Bring it into
your own workflow.

Install from the public GitHub package with npm. Choose your agent, run the command in your project, then ask it to use OpenFilmQA.

The review, step by step

Nine steps.
A more careful film.

Use the stage you need.
Keep missing evidence visible.

  1. Lock source & scope

Identify the exact film, current references, storyboard and approved plan.

  2. Read the director’s intent

Trace essential action, props, camera geography and the feeling the scene should leave.

  3. Inspect actual frames

Check identity, outfit, set, scale and visual faults against the right references.

  4. Watch action & joins

Review continuous motion and neighboring shots for contact, completion and continuity.

  5. Watch & listen

Check story clarity, pacing, performance, sound and emotional landing.

  6. Adjudicate each finding

Have another reviewer or the owner confirm or reject the claim from actual media.

  7. Repair & recheck

Compare exact versions and adjacent shots, including new damage from a repair.

  8. Check delivery

Decode the export and verify its specification. Keep technical and creative approval separate.

  9. Evaluate the reviewer

Measure missed faults, false alarms and harmful repairs against private human-labelled cases.

Your reviewer. An open contract.

Fits the tools
you work with.

Claude skillCodex skill & CLIAntigravity CLICustom adapters

Use the SKILL.md workflow with Claude or Codex. Connect a CLI reviewer through the documented JSON request and response contract, with explicit capabilities and preparation before execution.

The supplied Codex and Antigravity adapters currently inspect images. Continuous motion and audio need a reviewer that can actually watch and listen. Missing coverage stays unreviewed, and the filmmaker owns release.

Reviewer execution is opt-in and uses your own authorized account. This release provides a workflow and tools; it does not claim proven automatic film judgment.
