Fate Council Terms of Use

Acceptance
By using Fate Council, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, they should not use the app.
Description of Service
Fate Council is an astrology and destiny-reading app for reflection and entertainment. It computes chart symbols using deterministic engines across methods such as BaZi, Tu Vi, Western astrology, Vedic astrology, and Feng Shui Kua, and uses AI models to turn those symbols into written readings. Fate Council does not predict the future. Readings are not guaranteed outcomes and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Eligibility
Fate Council is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law (16 in some EU countries). By using the app, the user represents that they meet the applicable minimum age.
Accounts and Sign-In
Fate Council uses Apple or Google sign-in to create and secure an account. Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in access secure and for the accuracy of the birth and profile information they enter, since it is used to calculate their chart.
Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
- Use the app only as allowed by law.
- Not attempt fraud, abuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
- Not use readings or Oracle answers as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Gems are consumable in-app purchases used to unlock deep readings and Oracle questions. Oracle Plus is an auto-renewing subscription offered weekly, monthly, and annually, sold through Apple in-app purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period, and can be managed or canceled in the user's Apple ID account settings. Apple's standard End User License Agreement and in-app purchase terms apply. Refunds are handled by Apple, and Fate Council may adjust entitlements after refunds, chargebacks, or transaction conflicts.
Intellectual Property
Fate Council, its engines, its written reading content, and its design are owned by Bao Ngoc Pham or licensed to Fate Council. Users may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its generated content outside of personal, non-commercial use.

Readings, Life Chart results, Past Check comparisons, What If simulations, and Oracle answers are provided for reflection and entertainment only. They are not guaranteed predictions, and they are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fate Council is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate for every user.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bao Ngoc Pham is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made by users or third parties based on a reading or Oracle answer.
Termination and Account Deletion
Fate Council may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, legal risk, security risk, or violations of these Terms. Users can delete their account and data at any time in the You tab under Account, or by emailing help@rawdestiny.com.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means the user accepts the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. If you live in a country whose mandatory consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights, those rights continue to apply to you regardless of this clause.
