Summary
London Real Time has no user account, advertising SDK or analytics service. It does not sell personal data, track you across apps or websites, or ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. Settings and departure caches are stored locally on your device.
Optional location
Location is optional and is used only after you choose a nearby-station feature. The app compares a location supplied by iOS with station coordinates to select a nearby place. London Real Time does not keep raw coordinates or build a location history. You can deny or revoke location access and search manually.
TfL requests and searches
To fetch transport information, the app sends the selected stop or station identifier to Transport for London's public Unified API. A search sends the text you entered. TfL may process an IP address and ordinary request details needed to deliver and secure its service. London Real Time does not send your name, account profile or precise device location to TfL.

Local storage, widgets and Live Activity
Your selected place, favourites, filters, appearance, recent board, verified Premium state and related settings are stored in the app's local container and the local App Group shared with its widget. A widget reads this shared data to show the feature you configured.
If you start a Live Activity, London Real Time gives ActivityKit the station name, upcoming departures and update time for local display on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. The app does not request an ActivityKit push token and has no Rawdestiny server that updates Live Activities.
Purchases
Apple processes payments, receipts, subscription state, refunds and purchase identity through the App Store and StoreKit. London Real Time receives a verified entitlement result and stores a local Premium status. Rawdestiny does not receive your full payment card details.
First-party app recommendations
A free user may receive a small configuration file from rawdestiny.com describing a current Rawdestiny app recommendation. The request contains no station, search, journey, purchase status, advertising identifier or campaign identifier and is not used to create a user profile. As with an ordinary web request, the host may temporarily process an IP address and basic technical details for delivery and security.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide on-device MetricKit crash, hang and performance reports. The app records technical state and counters needed for reliability but does not log precise coordinates, credentials, payment details or private message text. London Real Time does not upload an analytics profile to Rawdestiny.
Support email
Support and feedback actions create an email draft. Nothing is sent until you choose Send. If you send it, Rawdestiny and your email provider process the sender address, text and attachments you chose. Optional technical details are off by default and shown for review before sending. Do not include payment data, passwords or secret codes.
Retention and deletion
Delete the app's data or uninstall the app to remove its local data. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond, diagnose the issue, meet legal duties or handle a voluntary reward. Apple and TfL control retention in their own services.
Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to personal-data processing. London Real Time normally has no Rawdestiny user profile to provide. Contact help@rawdestiny.com for a privacy request.
Changes
This page receives a new effective date if the app's processing changes materially.
