1. Service
London Real Time displays available Greater London public-transport information for buses, Tube, DLR, Elizabeth line and London Overground. It does not sell tickets, change bookings, operate transport or guarantee a journey.
2. Independent app and data sources
London Real Time is an independent Rawdestiny app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Transport for London. TfL names and marks belong to their owner. Powered by TfL Open Data. Contains OS data © Crown copyright and database rights 2016.
3. Transport information
Expected times, platforms, crowding, disruptions, status and coverage can change. London Real Time shows a field only when its source supplies it. Networks, TfL services and iOS background delivery can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.
Always check official travel notices, signs and safety instructions when a journey matters. The app does not guarantee that a departure, platform, crowding value, status or disruption is complete or current.
4. Optional Premium
The full in-app board, one saved place, a default scene, and small and medium Home Screen departure widgets are available free. Premium can add a large Home Screen widget, Lock Screen widgets, Live Activity, multiple saved places and additional scenes. Apple shows the actual price, currency, term and any trial before purchase.
5. Renewals, cancellation and refunds
A subscription renews through Apple until cancelled in your App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles payment and decides refunds. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Permitted use
You may use London Real Time personally and lawfully. You must not disrupt the app or data service, bypass purchases, extract transport data automatically through the app, misuse provider infrastructure, or infringe third-party rights.
7. Availability and changes
We may correct errors, change features, prices or data sources, or end a feature when needed for safety, law, provider access or sustainable operation. Purchased entitlements remain subject to Apple's rules and applicable consumer law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, London Real Time is provided as available. We are not liable for a missed service, indirect loss, or a decision based only on delayed or inaccurate transport information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Apple terms and contact
Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence remain in force. Contact help@rawdestiny.com with questions.
10. Changes
A material change receives a new effective date on this page.
