What we can help with
- Restoring a purchase, or missing Credits after a successful Apple transaction.
- Duplicate charge concerns.
- Account mismatch or transaction conflict questions.
- Rewarded ad issues where a completed eligible ad did not grant Credits.
- Privacy, data, or account deletion questions.
Refunds
Purchases in MedMate are processed by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides whether a refund is approved. After a refund or chargeback, unused Credits from that purchase may be reversed and the related entitlement may be adjusted.
Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time, either through the in-app deletion path or by emailing help@rawdestiny.com. Deletion removes your medicine data, chat history, caregiver links, photos, and profile, unless we are required to keep certain records for purchase, fraud, safety, legal, or security reasons.
What to include in your message
To help us respond faster, please include where relevant:
- Your app version.
- The approximate time of the purchase or ad completion.
- Your Apple order information (we never need your payment card details).
- Your MedMate account email or sign-in provider.
- A screenshot of any error, with no sensitive medical details.
Please don't send prescription labels, diagnoses, payment card numbers, or your Apple ID password. We will never ask for them.
