Meds Reminder Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using Meds Reminder, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose

Meds Reminder is a local, offline organization tool for medicine reminders, dose history, medical events, and notes. It does not diagnose, prescribe, monitor a medical condition, or provide treatment advice, and it is not a medical or emergency service.

Medical safety

Follow the prescription label and instructions from a licensed clinician. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before making decisions about dosing, interactions, side effects, or treatment changes. For an overdose, severe reaction, or other urgent situation, contact your local emergency services or poison control immediately.

Reminder and recognition limits

Notifications, widgets, text-recognition suggestions, and Calendar exports can be delayed, inaccurate, disabled, or unavailable because of device settings or operating-system behavior. Do not use Meds Reminder as the only way to manage critical or life-sustaining medication.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for entering and reviewing medicine names, doses, schedules, text-recognition results, events, and exported summaries before relying on or sharing them. Use the app only as permitted by law and keep your device secure.

Meds Reminder Pro

Meds Reminder Pro is one optional non-consumable Apple in-app purchase. It unlocks multi-day Doctor Reports and complete live dose and refill widgets. It is not a subscription and has no free trial. The price shown by Apple before confirmation is the price that applies.

Restore Purchases is available on the Pro page. Family Sharing is handled by Apple where Apple makes it available. Refund requests and billing decisions are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. An entitlement may end after a refund, chargeback, or revocation reported by Apple.

Availability and warranty

Meds Reminder is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for every medical situation. Features may change when needed for safety, reliability, legal compliance, or operating-system compatibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for medical decisions made by users or third parties. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country continue to apply.
